The TargitFit Pro Trainer is virtually indestructible. With it’s unique design and engineering, it can support over 4 tons of weight and withstand a drop of over 100 feet onto a concrete surface.

The TargitFit Pro Trainers have a footprint less than 4 square feet. This means that you will be able to use it in almost any room in your home and store it anywhere when you’re not using it.

If you already know how to use free weights or machines, you’ll be able to use the TargitFit Pro Trainer as it simulates just about every movement you could do in a gym. If you have never worked out before, don’t worry. The TargitFit Trainer comes with an instructional manual with all of the exercises explained in detail along with an assortment of easy to follow exercise routines. You’ll also get exercise video tapes so that you can follow along with a Certified TargitFit Instructor.

Kids will have a blast working out on the TargitFit Pro Trainer. The resistance is much safer than free weights or machines. The Trainer will put little or no stress on growth plates. Parental supervision is always recommended when kids are using any type of fitness equipment.

Because you work out faster on the TargitFit Pro Trainer than with any other form of resistance training, your heart rate will be able to stay elevated while you resistance train giving you a great cardiovascular work out, as well. And the Trainer can be used as a step to do step aerobics. This unique function will allow you to cross-train with the TargitFit Pro Trainer.

The TargitFit Pro Trainer comes ready to work out including a User’s Manual, full body work out video, an ab wheel, ankle cuffs, and it is equipped with 220 lbs of resistance—more than enough for the average person to start their work out. If you would like to increase the amount of resistance, you can get up to 500 lbs for very little extra cost. Each 80 lb increment is priced at only $25.
